VTCT Level 3 Swedish Massage
This course is a comprehensive academic and practical study of Swedish massage and the Anatomy and Physiology of the human body. On completion of this course successful students will be awarded a professional certificate and advice on obtaining insurance in order to perform this therapy on paying clients.
Swedish massage is a very good starting point for candidates wishing to qualify in further therapies.

- A fast track course, which is 5 days followed by assessments and final exam to suit you.
- An evening course allowing students to study 1 evenings a week followed by assessments and a final exam.

Entry requirements
An Introduction certificate in Swedish massage or similar
Your course includes:
- The history of Swedish massage including the academic and practical study of the benefits and effects of this therapy
- Health, safety and Hygiene
- Anatomy and physiology
- Contraindications to a therapy
- Preparation of the work area consultation, record keeping and medical referral
- Full body Swedish body massage routine
- The course includes the study of after care of your clients
- A full course folder is included in this course to refer to as you practice this massage and undertake your case studies as part of your assessed course work.
- You will receive a professional certificate that will allow you to acquire insurance and perform this therapy on paying clients.
