Level 2 Beauty Specialist
This is fantastic opportunity to achieve an internationally recognized beauty therapy qualification in a short period of time. We offer intensive courses plus provide you with plenty of support and individual attention while working in a friendly environment.
At our beauty school in South Manchester you will gain skills in a range of beauty techniques that are sought after by most employers in the industry. You will have the opportunity to go on to work in salons, cruise ships, health spas or just set up as a self-employed mobile therapist.The range of units that make up this diploma will also open the door for many advanced qualifications in the future.
This course is offered as:
- An intensive course, which is 20 weeks allowing students to study one day a week plus final exam on completion of course work
- A 20 week course allowing students to study 2 evenings a week

- Customer service and selling skills
- Facial massage and skincare
- Apply make-up to skin
- Manicure and pedicure techniques
- Shaping eyebrows
- Eyelash & eyebrow tinting
- Eyelash perming
- Waxing
- Skin tanning
- You will learn the importance of recognizing contraindications to a therapy.
- Record keeping
- Our excellent facilities will give you the best examples of how to work as an exceptional therapist.
- You will be given a full course folder included in this course to refer to as you practice at home
- Course kit can be provided
- You will receive a professional certificate that will allow you to acquire insurance and perform this therapy on paying clients.
