Injury Prevention for Therapists Workshop
This workshop is for therapists who wish to learn how to avoid injury during massage and associated therapies.
Our injury prevention course is a must have for any massage or holistic therapist in the Manchester or Cheshire areas.You will study with us for one day and will need to wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes. Please let us know on application if you are not willing to receive a therapy during the day course.
Entry requirements
A level 2 or 3 certificate in holistic therapies.
Your course includes:
- The practical and academic study of techniques that can be used to avoid injury during massage.
- You will learn the importance of recognizing contraindications to a therapy.
- Preparation of the work area.
- Your experienced tutor will advise you of a full body routine.
- You will have the opportunity to perform a full body routine.
- Our excellent facilities will give you the best examples of how to conduct an exceptional therapy.
- You will be given a full course folder included in this one day workshop to refer to.
- Theory and practical assessment.
- You will receive an Aqua Rosa certificate
